Where do we meet
​Regular group and pregnancy weekly classes are held at the Yurt in Burpham, Guildford on Winterhill Way.

Private 1:1 classes and Business Yoga can also be held in this location, or alternatively from the comfort of your home, or on site at the office. Get in touch to arrange.
How I Teach
​I am passionate about guiding you through your personal transformation and making you feel safe, welcome and confident. We get sweaty: in my classes everyone on the mat has their own goals they're working on. Because these group classes are small, I will be able to tailor to your goals and adapt poses for you, keeping in mind certain limitations, adjusting alignment and explaining things along the way so that you know how to approach challenges step-by-step.

Relaxation is the crucial element of my yoga classes. Multiple scientific studies have proved that relaxation can decrease the secretion of cortisol, the primary stress hormone, as well as reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. I use a variety of techniques including elements of aromatherapy, mindfulness and massage to relax your body and calm your mind in the final Savasana relaxation pose.
